1. Warranty Period Explanation
(1) Commencement of Warranty Period from the Date of Manufacture:
A. The warranty expiration date recorded in the company's system shall be the reference point.
B. Product Serial Barcode Identification:
(a) Please inspect the product serial sticker (12 digits in total). The first and second digits from left to right represent the year of manufacture; the third and fourth digits
represent the production week, serving as the starting point for warranty calculation.
(b) Example: 2040Nxxxyyyy
First and second digits: Year of production; third and fourth digits: Production week
Example indicates: Manufactured in the 40th week of 2020
The warranty period for UNOnext/UNOlite series products is the production date plus 14 months.
(2) Commencement of Warranty Period from the Date on the Invoice:
If the warranty period starts from the date on the invoice, a invoice must be provided, specifying product model and other purchase information.
For UNOnext/UNOlite series products, if the warranty period starts from the invoice date, the warranty period is the invoice date plus 12 months.
2. After-sales Service Content
(1) Delta Electronics, Inc. provides a new product warranty for hardware failures within 7 days (inclusive) from the invoice date (excluding software updates). Customers must
maintain
the product and accessories in their original packaging and present valid purchase proof to exchange for a new product within the new product purchase period.
(2) During the warranty period, consumers may opt for free repair or replacement services at authorized service centers, with consumable accessories such as chargers being replaced
with items of equal or higher specifications.
(3) The limited warranty period for related accessories provided by the original manufacturer is valid for 6 months from the invoice date, offering free repair services.
(4) For defects or non-human-induced faults in related accessories provided by the original manufacturer, only individual accessory replacements are provided without additional
repair
services, within 7 days (inclusive) from the invoice date.
(5) Damage to appearance, casing, and decorative components is not covered under this effective warranty clause and will not be eligible for free repair services.
(6) Ownership of components replaced during warranty and maintenance services provided by the company belongs to the company.
3. Warranty Exclusions
Delta Electronics, Inc. reserves the right to charge repair fees under the following circumstances for warranty repairs:
(1) Inability to prove the warranty period of Delta Electronics, Inc. products or warranty period exceeding that of Delta Electronics, Inc. products.
(2) Even within the warranty period, if any of the following conditions apply, the product is not covered by the warranty, and consumers shall bear all repair or material costs.
Charging standards are subject to Delta Electronics, Inc., its agents, or designated repair service centers.
• Product serial number does not match the product warranty certificate. If the product serial number is unclear, altered, or torn.
• Damage caused by improper use not in accordance with the user manual or instructions, including but not limited to crushing, dropping, exposure to moisture, immersion in water,
rain,
foreign object intrusion, and loss of components.
• Scratches or abrasions on parts of the product casing that can be touched without disassembly during normal use.
• Damage to the product caused by force majeure (natural disasters, floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, typhoons, pests, etc.), external forces (scratches, drops, latch
breakage, knocks, cracks, heavy impacts, etc.), or other abnormal factors.
• Disassembly or repair by unauthorized personnel, self-disassembly, modification, arbitrary specification changes, or failure and damage caused by using non-original manufacturer
accessories.
• Communication issues caused by service problems provided by internet service providers are not covered under this limited warranty clause.
1、保固期限說明
(1)以生產日期起算保固期限:
A.依本公司系統記載之保固到期日為基準。
B.產品序號條碼辨識:
(a)請檢視產品序號貼紙(共12碼),由左至右之第 1, 2 碼代表生產年份;第3, 4 碼代表生產週次,以此作為保固起始計算基準。
(b)範例:2040Nxxxyyyy
第 1,2碼:生產年度;第 3, 4 碼:生產週次
範例表示:生產日期為 2020 年第 40 週
UNOnext/UNOlite系列產品之保證期限為生產日期 +14個月。
(2)以統一發票所載日期 ( 下稱發票日 ) 起算保固期限:
如以發票日起算保固期限,應檢具統一發票,統一發票內應載明產品型號等產品購買資訊。
UNOnext/UNOlite系列產品以發票日起算保固期限者,保固期限為發票日 +12個月。
2、售後服務內容
(1)台達對於產品提供新品保固,新品保固期間為發票日起 7 日 (含) 內硬體故障者 (不含軟體更新),客戶需維持產品及配件完整包裝,於新品購買期內攜帶有效之購買證明至原購買處換取新品。
(2)於保固期間內,消費者得自行送修到代理商免費維修或換修之服務,其損耗性配件如充電器以規格相等或較高之良品為主。
(3)由原廠提供之相關配件之有限保證期限為發票日起 6 個月內,均提供免費保修服務。
(4)由原廠提供之相關配件之瑕疵或非人為故障之項目,僅作單一配件新品更換,不另作維修服務,其更換期間為發票日期起 7 日 (含) 之內。
(5)外觀、外殼及裝飾性的零組件機構受損不包括在本有效保證條款內,將無法提供免費維修服務。
(6)本公司提供保固、維護服務時所更換之零組件,其所有權歸屬本公司所有。
3、保固除外條款
台達產品保固維修如有下列情形,台達有權酌收維修費用 :
(1)無法證明台達產品之保固期限或超過台達產品之保固期限。
(2)雖然仍然在保證期限,若屬於下列任一情況者,則產品不在保固範圍內,消費者須負擔全部維修費用或材料費,收費標準依台達及其代理商或其所指定之維修服務據點規定。
• 產品序號與產品保證書載明不相符者。產品序號不清楚,或被更改、撕毀者。
• 因消費者未按使用手冊或說明書規定,使用不當而毀損者,包括重壓、摔壞、受潮、浸水、淋雨、異物侵入、遺失零組件等所造成之損壞。
• 因正常使用時,所造成產品外殼或不需拆解而可接觸部分上之刮傷、磨損。
• 產品之毀損係受不可抗力 (天災、水災、火災、地震、雷擊、颱風、蟲害等 ),外力破壞 ( 刮傷、摔傷、卡榫斷裂、敲打、破裂、重擊等 ) 或其他非正常因素所致者。
• 未經由本公司授權之人員拆卸或維修,或自行拆裝、改裝產品、任意變更規格,或使用非本公司原廠配件所引起之故障與損壞。
• 因網路系統業者提供服務問題所造成的通訊不良不在本有限保固條款之範圍內。
